This site is owned and operated by Graves Advertising Specialties. We offer over 1 million imprinted advertising specialties, but we specialize in custom shirts and other custom items that we can print “in house” at our Fort Myers location.
We own the Brother GT-541 Digital Garment Printer. It is basically an industrial size inkjet printer. It is 4 feet wide, 3 feet deep and almost 300 pounds. The size allows us to load a shirt right into the printer and print directly on the shirt. Unlike screen printers we do not need to create a screen for each color and size so there are NO SCREEN CHARGES!!! We print 16 million colors for the same price as 1 color with a MINIMUM OF JUST 1 Shirt!
With this printer we can print FULL COLOR graphics on the front, back, sides and sleeves of the shirt. We can also print over pockets, collars, zippers and seams. We can print on anything cotton or porous. On our other custom printing websites we print on hoodies, coasters, aprons, towels, boxers, thongs, shoes, bags, onesies and anything else we can find to print on. One of the drawbacks with Direct To Garment (DTG) Printing is that we can’t print the color white and we can’t print on dark shirts. Our printing system works the best on white shirts. We can print on other light colored shirts as long as there is no white in the artwork and the artwork colors are darker than the shirt. Imagine putting a piece of paper the same color as your shirt through your home color inkjet printer and you will get an idea of how the shirt imprint will turn out.
